How can an extensive, complicated technical document be translated quickly, precisely and without hassle into several languages at the same time?
At Language Experts Group we use an operating model and language technological system which makes processes smoother. Our staff and the subcontractors translate simultaneously onto a central server.
The terminology manager module is responsible for the uniform application of the technical terms pre-agreed with the client, while the translation memory motor 'remembers' the previously translated text and automatically suggests this translation for use in the case of an identical or similar source text later on. Any changes can be immediately recorded in our central data base, thus ensuring that everybody has access to the most up-to-date material at any moment in time. In this way we are able to organize groups who can work together and utilize each other's work immediately, even if they are physically distant from each other.
